Mr. Holland has operating responsibility for implementation of all PTS services. He brings over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry and over 33 years of construction and project management. Mr. Holland founded Holland & Company in 1990, which provided Project and Program Management services, and used his Architectural background to enhance site design efficiencies and innovations for national and regional telecom carriers. He was involved with the deployment of over 5,000 sites. Specializing in equipment reconfiguration, "hotslide programming," power upgrade management, and technology overlays, Mr. Holland has delivered creative solutions to challenging projects that maximized system on-air time. Mr. Holland has provided construction dispute resolution, due diligence expertise on commercial properties, and expert consulting and forensic engineering. Mr. Holland is a licensed Architect and holds registrations in Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, Louisiana, and Mississippi and is certified by the National Counsel of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB), and is an active member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA). In his spare time he enjoys skiing, biking, running, sailing, cars, and spending time with his family.
Mike Unger has over 10 years of telecom project management experience and 18 years of land use planning experience. Mike has managed numerous large scale site deployment projects throughout the United States. Mike is highly effective in quickly mobilizing site development teams, designing innovative project approaches, and ensuring the projects overall processes run smoothly. Mike has a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Oregon. Mike is an avid outdoorsman and loves walking. His last major adventure consisted of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, a border to border route along mountain ranges in Washington, Oregon, and California.
Marcus Handler has 11 years of telecommunications experience with over 13 years in real estate development. His experience includes extensive program and project management roles with all the major telecom carriers. Marcus is an effective leader and can drive site development processes to meet on air goals in an efficient and organized manner. Marcus is the previous Site Acquisition Manager for Nextel and Cingular. Marcus has managed many new build and site modification projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. His clients include T-Mobile, Western Telecom, Sprint PCS, Nextel Communications, PCS PrimeCo, ATT Telecom, Cingular, Bechtel, MetroFi, Alamosa, Clearwire, and Crown Castle. Marcus likes to spend his free time with his family and enjoys skiing at Whistler, biking, and coaching baseball.
Steve Ishihara has 18 years of telecom experience. Steve has held executive positions with Flextronics International, Chatham Technologies and Innovation, and in these roles has managed the expansion of technology focused business across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Steve has a broad base of expertise spanning all facets of technology development and deployment, including program management, product development, equipment engineering, system integration, mission critical facility design, site development and equipment deployment. Steve is active in both the 4H and the Rotary, and enjoys golf, cribbage and Yahtzee. He hopes to someday open a Japanese Okazu-ya in Santiago, Chile
Richard Hall is a licensed architect whose practice has spanned over 25 years. As former President and Principal Architect of Hall Architecture, Rich has an enormous depth of experience in all aspects of architectural practice including planning, architectural/structural design, project management, administration, operations, budgeting, and all phases of the design process. He has experience in telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality, defense, federal government, commercial, and residential projects. Rich is skilled at leading teams and working collaboratively with professional firms to solve challenging functional, technological, and aesthetic design issues. Rich is certified with the National Counsel of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB) and is currently licensed in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Idaho, and Utah. He has also been involved with architectural studies in North America, Europe and Asia. Rich loves high adventure activities such as backpacking, rock climbing, scuba diving, and skiing. He also enjoys travel, photography, and the arts. Rich and his wife Michelle are the proud parents of 5 daughters and 7 grandchildren.
Eland has 13 years of experience in wireless communication consulting with over 7 years of experience in project and program management. Eland has supervised major development projects for clients including AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, T-Mobile, Bechtel Telecommunications, General Dynamics, and Cricket Communications. As a previous Market Deployment Manager for AT&T, Eland successfully ran site development, from RF design engineering to sites on-air, for the network launch of two US markets for AT&T’s Fixed Wireless system. His experience in directing projects from both the Carrier side and the Consultant side makes him effective at managing groups across multiple disciplines, reaching consensus within these groups, and achieving goals. Eland enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and two sons, including skiing, hiking, and a wide variety of field sports.
Meagan has over 9 years of telecommunications experience with a background in purchasing, property management, collocation and site acquisition. Over the years Meagan has developed strong relationships with tower companies such as Global Signal, Crown Castle and SBA as well as other carriers. She has had the opportunity to work with such clients as AT&T Wireless, Cingular Wireless, AT&T Fixed Wireless, Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile and Clearwire. Prior to the telecom industry Meagan worked as an Intern for the Gallatin County Health Department in Bozeman, Montana, where she was responsible for developing a statewide brochure promoting the Health Department’s services to the general public. In her spare time Meagan enjoys running, triathlons, skiing and anything else associated with the outdoors.
Jennifer Sheckler has over 6 years of experience in the area of project management, coordination, and business development for PTS, and has taken on the role of Quality Control Manager. With an educational background in engineering, Jennifer has successfully designed and organized various database tools for multiple projects including new build, overlay, and site/file audits. Jennifer plays an integral role to successfully coordinate information between site development, engineering, permitting, A&E design, and management teams. She has worked with several clients including Sprint-Nextel, T-Mobile, Clearwire, Alltel, and AT&T. Jennifer is focusing on continuing her education and expanding her engineering knowledge to hopefully venture into the world of biotechnology. She also enjoys fishing and crabbing off the coast of the San Juan Islands, and rock hunting for rare gems in Eastern Washington.
Kim Cheek joined the company in January 2002. With over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, she serves as the Billing Supervisor for PTS, overseeing billing and collections for the company as well as supervising accounts payable. Kim initiated PTS' annual involvement in a Holiday Adopt A Family and Northwest Harvest Food Drive programs and continues to support the company's community involvement in various ways. Prior to joining PTS, Kim held the position of Firm Administrator/Staff Accountant at a CPA firm located in Maryland, where she worked directly for the managing partner and was responsible for the firm's bookkeeping and client accounting. Kim loves spending time with her family and her dog. She likes to sew, create gifts for friends, and travel.
Robert Leighton has over 9 years of experience in engineering/design and AutoCAD, and 4 years of project management at PTS. Experienced with widely diverse projects, Robert has managed over 300 sites for overlay and augmentation projects as well as performing over 500 site surveys. Robert successfully managed the design and engineering of over 200 sites in a top carrier’s Hawaii market remotely from the corporate office in Seattle. He has also performed over 200 equipment and site audits. Robert has had the opportunity to work with Sprint-Nextel, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Clearwire. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.
Leah Budd has over 7 years of wireless experience and over 9 years experience in architectural design. She is the design and drafting lead on a variety of telecom projects including cellular, 2-way and wireless broadband technologies, data center, and retail tenant improvement. She has performed technical and civil site audits, site walks and surveys, site/equipment design and engineering, permit and construction drawings, and construction specifications. Leah has coordinated numerous mechanical, electrical, structural, civil survey and environmental consultant services and contracts. Leah’s breadth of telecom related projects includes work on over 1,600 sites for T-Mobile, Sprint/Nextel, AT&T, Clearwire, Verizon, Metro PCS, and King County Metro in the West, Midwest and Southern regions. In her spare time Leah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, camping and is always trying to expand her education in all types of areas.
Paul Danneberg has over 10 years of experience in engineering/design in the world of telecommunications, with 7 years of project management experience. Paul specializes and enjoys working on widely diverse projects and is a key player in finding new business opportunities for PTS. He values his relationships and strives to fulfill the client’s needs in a creative, efficient way. He has managed over 1000 new build projects in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Utah, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Paul has eagerly taken on work with Verizon, Sprint-Nextel, GTE, AT&T/Cingular, Comcast, and Clearwire. In his leisure time he loves snowboarding, surfing, swimming, hiking, and international travel.
