Mr. Holland has operating responsibility for implementation of all PTS services. He brings over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry and over 33 years of construction and project management. Mr. Holland founded Holland & Company in 1990, which provided Project and Program Management services, and used his architectural background to enhance site design efficiencies and innovations for national and regional telecom carriers. He was involved with the deployment of over 5,000 sites. Specializing in equipment reconfiguration, "hotslide programming," power upgrade management, and technology overlays, Mr. Holland has delivered creative solutions to challenging projects that maximized system on-air time. Mr. Holland has provided construction dispute resolution, due diligence expertise on commercial properties, and expert consulting and forensic engineering. Mr. Holland is a licensed Architect and holds registrations in Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, Louisiana, Nevada, Montana, New Mexico, Mississippi, and British Columbia and is certified by the National Counsel of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB), and is an active member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA). In his spare time he enjoys skiing, biking, running, sailing, cars, and spending time with his family.
Kristy Kriner has over 18 years experience in Telecommunications industry, extending both wireline and wireless Technology Consulting and Project and Program Management engagements. Kristy has served as a technical resource for the development of next generation applications and network solutions for both B2B and Wireless Carrier clients with such companies as Nokia Networks, MCI Worldcom, Real Networks, T-Mobile US, and various application providers of Telephony and Call Center technologies. Kristy is proficient at directing complex enterprise projects that have cross functional impacts at an Enterprise level. From network planning through implementation of 3 and 4G hardware and software advancements to preparing consumer products for launch, Kristy can jump in at any point in the project lifecycle and drive project success. Kristy makes it a priority to travel as much as possible and enjoys outdoor activities with her dog.
Richard Hall is a licensed architect whose practice has spanned over 25 years. As former President and Principal Architect of Hall Architecture, Rich has an enormous depth of experience in all aspects of architectural practice, including planning, architectural and structural design, project management, administration, operations, and budgeting. He has experience in telecommunications, healthcare, hospitality, defense, federal government, commercial, and residential projects. Rich is skilled at leading teams and working collaboratively with professional firms to solve challenging functional, technological, and aesthetic design issues. His design philosophy is influenced by the simplicity of Nordic Classicism and the expression of detail to the extent that he spent four years abroad studying Scandinavian culture and design. Rich is certified with the National Counsel of Architecture Registration Boards (NCARB) and is currently licensed in Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Idaho, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. He has also pursued architectural studies in North America, Europe and Asia. Rich loves high adventure activities such as backpacking, rock climbing, scuba diving, and skiing. He also enjoys travel, photography, and the arts. Rich and his wife Michelle are the proud parents of five daughters and seven grandchildren.
Annette Hellmich has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 15 years where she has held positions in Business Development and Sales. Prior to telecommunications, Annette was in the Advertising and Marketing industry. Annette has been very successful in creating new and cultivating existing client relations. Annette has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alaska. Annette is a very active member of the Orange County chapter of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth). Annette has been involved in a variety of charities through the years and is currently a member of the CASA Holiday Luncheon Committee. Annette likes to spend her spare time with family, friends and doing outdoor activities such as snow skiing, golfing and running.
Karen Blonden
Katie Kenney has nine plus years in the Telecommunications industry with a focus on project management, contract negotiations, collocation, and site acquisition activities. She has specialized in project management, site modifications projects, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management. She currently contributes to PTS’s core leadership team by providing expertise in project management, contract negotiations, and site development as well as budget development and management. Katie has conducted transactions with and for Comcast, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint-Nextel, US Cellular, American Tower, Crown Castle and Clearwire. Katie serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Wireless Association, NWWA, through which Katie has orchestrated multiple charity events including the annual golf tournament benefiting Seattle Children's Hospital. In her free time she loves to host dinner parties and spend time with her two daughters.
Peter McLaughlin was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from Seattle University and received his MBA from Pepperdine University and his Juris Doctorate from Western State University. He holds a certification in Mediation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law. In addition to his experience in the Telecommunications Industry, Mr. McLaughlin has extensive business management experience in the Medical Technology, Automotive Technology and Construction Industries.
Prior to joining PTS, Mr. McLaughlin was and CEO of Assenti Corporation. He also served as an advisor to the Chairman of Delta Groups Engineering in Irvine, California and was the Interim CEO of Global Wireless Group Inc. Prior to that Mr. McLaughlin was a consultant to the CEO and founders of Mericom Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. McLaughlin was the founder and CEO of VitaMed Inc., and co-founder of McLaughlin Enterprises Inc. (MEI). MEI launched RxIS Corporation, a medical device company and McLaughlin Electronics Inc. (MEI), a research and development company that created a wireless tire pressure monitoring system developed specifically for Goodyear’s and Michelin’s Run Flat programs. Mr. McLaughlin was also a technological co-founder of Pyxis Corporation which is now part of CareFusion.
Mr. McLaughlin spends his spare time raising quarter horses and competing in team sorting.
Chris Nickerson oversees all in-house structural engineering projects for PTS. With over 10 years of structural design experience in the telecommunications and building design industries, he has developed strong client relationships through his commitment to creative solutions and truly understanding his client’s goals. Most of Chris’s career has been based in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments where effective client communication is a key factor in a successful project. He is focused on providing coherent structural designs with an emphasis on economy and constructability. Chris is a licensed professional engineer in Washington, Oregon and Utah. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife and two children, being outdoors, backpacking, skiing, and is an avid music fan.
Robert Leighton has over 9 years of experience in engineering/design and AutoCAD, and 4 years of project management at PTS. Experienced with widely diverse projects, Robert has managed over 300 sites for overlay and augmentation projects as well as performing over 500 site surveys. Robert successfully managed the design and engineering of over 200 sites in a top carrier’s Hawaii market remotely from the corporate office in Seattle. He has also performed over 200 equipment and site audits. Robert has had the opportunity to work with Sprint-Nextel, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Clearwire. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.
